As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor - making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed.

Your Impact:

  • Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
  • Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.

  • Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
  • One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed—Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning—so service flows smoothly.
