40 Hours a Week On-site In Venue (Including late nights, some weekends and bank holidays)
Hours of work: 12pm - 8pm. Must be able to commute to the venue 5 days a week.

Located in the heart of London, The Victoria is Grosvenor Casinos' flagship venue, delivering premium gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. Following a recent £15m refurbishment, we continue to create an exciting, social environment for our customers and team.
We're looking for a creative and engaging Marketing Executive to help drive our next chapter. This is a customer-facing role for someone confident, organised, and full of energy - someone who enjoys building relationships, getting involved and bringing fresh ideas to life.
What you'll do:
- Support and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and in-venue channels
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and entertainment
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Manage social media, website content, and email marketing
- Track performance and identify opportunities for growth
What we're looking for:
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of urgency
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive attitude - keen to get involved and make an impact
- Marketing experience (1–2 years or relevant degree preferred)
- Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.
