We’re looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to help drive our next chapter in the casino. This would suit someone confident, organised, and full of energy - someone who is creative and detail oriented. You will be responsible for supporting senior leadership in the casino with delivery and execution of local marketing initiatives to meet visitation and financial targets. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, spanning across online and offline marketing channels, promotional activities and organising top class events. What you’ll do:
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing and events calendars in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
- Support and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and in-venue channels
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and entertainment
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Manage social media, website content, and email marketing
- Track performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop social media posts in line with the local strategy
- Liaise with departmental heads from gaming and F&B around activities that may require marketing support
- Plan all customer events and source and book live entertainment and decorations as appropriate
- Manage local filming requests and coordinate accordingly
What we’re looking for:
- Marketing or similar degree equivalent – a passion for marketing and customer service
- High proficiency working with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive attitude - keen to get involved and make an impact
- Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.
