We’re looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and precision to our card room. In this role, you’ll oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations. You’ll be the central figure of poker operations – resolving disputes, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • A solid background in poker or table games supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A cool head under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service.
  • Ideally, hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
  • A strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.

This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidate must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
