We’re looking for a passionate, people-first General Manager with proven casino leadership experience. You’ll lead a high-performing, inclusive team - coaching, inspiring, and creating a culture where everyone thrives. You’ll champion first‑class customer service and drive engagement across every part of the operation. This role calls for commercial sharpness and creative thinking. You’ll keep an eye on the competition, spot opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to life - whether that’s through gaming, hospitality, or entertainment. You’ll also be a visible advocate for Safer Gambling, setting the standard for your team.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Casino Leadership: Proven experience managing a casino, with a valid Personal Management Licence (PML).

- Commercial Acumen: Strategic thinker with a sharp eye on competitors and market trends.
