We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-focused Marketing Executive to join our Venues Marketing Team and help bring our campaigns to life across both our clubs and digital channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging, customer-focused marketing activity that drives venue visits, supports new customer acquisition, and enhances the overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver marketing campaigns across in-club, CRM, website, app and POS
  • Coordinate campaign content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Support Marketing Managers with the rollout of promotional activity from the retail calendar
  • Work with creative teams, agencies and suppliers to produce engaging campaign assets
  • Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Support key product areas including Bingo, Slots and Food & Beverage
  • Collaborate with venue teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage marketing administration, including budgets, invoices and reporting
  • Maintain and update digital platforms including CMS (Umbraco) and booking systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging marketing content
  • Experience delivering campaigns in a fast-paced retail, hospitality or leisure environment
  • Good understanding of digital channels including CRM, websites and apps
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with marketing systems (CMS, booking tools, SMS platforms desirable)
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
