We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support sourcing activities across a broad range of spend categories, working closely with Category Managers and stakeholders to deliver value, drive efficiencies, and support business objectives.
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating supplier agreements, and improving supplier performance across areas such as Technology, Marketing, and Professional Services. Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories, helping to deliver cost savings, commercial value, and service improvements.
- Assist with supplier selection, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Work closely with Category Managers and stakeholders to develop and deliver sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, procurement savings, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain procurement governance and support effective contract lifecycle management across the department.
- Analyse procurement data and provide insights that support informed commercial decision-making.
Qualifications; Essential
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
