We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social, knows what stops the scroll, and can turn ideas into content that gets people talking. This is a rolling 6-month FTC where you’ll work closely with our marketing, social, and venue teams to bring ideas to life—while keeping everything true to the Mecca brand. What you’ll be doing Creating engaging, thumb-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms Train and inspire our venue teams to produce engaging, impactful social content for their venue channels Working collaboratively with internal teams to turn ideas into high-impact content Understanding industry regulations, keeping on top of regulatory changes and adapting ideas to ensure they remain fully complaint’ Supporting both venue-led and digital campaigns with creative storytelling Ensuring all content aligns with Mecca brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity Spotting trends early and translating them into relevant, on-brand content Managing content from concept through to delivery—fast, reactive, and always engaging Using data and performance insights (engagement, reach, conversions) to shape content decisions, optimise output, and continuously improve results What you’ll bring A genuine passion for social media – you know what works and why Proven experience creating engaging digital content (video-first preferred) Strong understanding of platform trends, formats, and audience behaviour Ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions, not just instinct Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency Confident working with stakeholders and bringing ideas to life collaboratively Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly to new opportunities This is your chance to shape how we show up on social, connect with our audiences, and create content that stands out.
