Slots Manager in London

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Slots Manager to lead our slots operation and drive outstanding customer experiences while delivering strong commercial results. What You'll Be Doing As Slots Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the club by: Leading the day-to-day operation of the slots department, ensuring exceptional service, presentation and performance. Creating a best-in-class customer experience and proactively resolving customer issues. Recruiting, developing and coaching a highly engaged slots team. Building efficient rotas to ensure the right level of support is always available. Driving revenue and profitability through effective management of machine performance, promotions and customer engagement activities. Creating a culture of continuous improvement, coaching and accountability. Monitoring local competitor activity and identifying opportunities to grow market share. Championing safer gambling and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Using customer feedback and insight to continuously improve service standards. Supporting local marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement and venue performance. What We're Looking For We're seeking a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys delivering results through people. You'll have: Management experience within gaming/gambling sector in and around the London market (including AGC’s) Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities. Professionalism, integrity and the ability to perform under pressure.
