As a Team Member, you will be the friendly face on the floor – welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, and keeping the venue lively from the first hello to the final game. You will follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
  • Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
  • Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
  • Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; challenge age-restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
  • One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed – front of house, floor, food & beverage, cleaning – so service flows smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Customer-first attitude with great people skills: friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
  • Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
  • Team player energy – clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
  • Experience: previous customer-service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
