As a Gaming Supervisor, you’ll dive headfirst into the hustle and bustle of the gaming world. Your main goal being to excite and entertain all of our customers.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of the live gaming operation, your primary responsibility will be to lead, support, and manage the gaming team to ensure that customers receive an unparalleled experience.
This involves not only optimizing operational efficiency but also always guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products.
By fostering a positive, dynamic work environment, you’ll motivate your team to perform at their best, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership directly impacts the overall gaming experience, making it enjoyable and seamless for all.
Additionally, you’ll manage the accurate upkeep of departmental records and documentation, crucial for smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Ultimately, you’ll be the foundation of the gaming floor, creating an environment built on excitement, fun, fairness, and integrity.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Prior experience in operating and inspecting casino games.
- Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission with aspirations to acquire a PML.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
- Strong customer-facing skills are essential. You should be confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
- A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
