We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Supervisor to take ownership of the electronic gaming experience and drive performance across our slots and e‑gaming function. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of our electronic gaming machines.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Casino or Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables, is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast‑paced gaming environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer‑facing skills are essential. You should be confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
  • Commercial Awareness: A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth across electronic gaming products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
