We’re looking for a skilled chef to help us exceed customer expectations every day. As a Commis Chef you’ll work closely with the kitchen team, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and take pride in creating quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • A strong understanding of food safety standards (including HACCP).
  • A passion for delivering great service as part of a team.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. You’ll be included in the service charge tip pool, and your share will be added automatically to your pay. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
