The Gaming Supervisor will lead, support and manage the gaming team on the casino floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires optimizing operational efficiency, guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products, maintaining accurate departmental records, and ensuring compliance with UK gambling regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a high‑performing gaming team in a fast‑paced, 24/7 casino environment.
- Ensure operational efficiency and smooth delivery of gaming products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation required for regulatory compliance.
- Create and sustain an environment of excitement, fairness and integrity for guests.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Prior experience operating and inspecting casino games.
- Current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission, with aspiration to obtain a PML.
- Proven ability to lead, support and develop a team in a fast‑paced gaming environment.
- Strong customer‑facing skills – confident, approachable and able to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations and PFL requirements.
