Location: Bristol Area (including Cardiff) / Field Based

Employment: Full-time, 40 hours a week across weekends. 5 days over 7 pattern.

Grosvenor Casinos is on a journey to become the UK’s most loved casino brand. As a Field Support Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting gaming products across our national estate, helping to maximise revenue, availability and performance. This role will support our clubs/venues in Cardiff & Bristol and surrounding areas. Working closely with suppliers, technical support teams and venue operations, you’ll respond to product moves, carry out installations, support venue layouts and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out gaming product moves, reactive breakdown support and preventative maintenance.
  • Complete software updates and ensure software-based equipment remains fully up to date and compliant.
  • Support IT teams with day-to-day on-site technical issues where required.
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to venue operations teams following updates or new installations.
  • Act as the liaison engineer for subcontractors carrying out equipment maintenance or installation work.
  • Identify and highlight new technologies that could provide operational benefits.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of existing and new gaming products and equipment to minimise downtime.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in technical fault-finding, repair, installation or maintenance in a field-based environment.
  • The confidence to work with venue teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to venues and work additional hours or overnight stays when required.
