Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Grow revenue, manage KPIs, and optimise the performance of electronic gaming machines.
  • Work closely with the Management team and central electronic support team to ensure slots and e‑table games are fully optimised for success in your club.

Qualifications

  • Casino or Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables, is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast‑paced gaming environment. Supervisors are expected to motivate staff and maintain high performance standards.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer‑facing skills are essential. Confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
  • Commercial Awareness: A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth across electronic gaming products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
