You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed. Your Impact: Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special. Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions. Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue. Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly. One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed—Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning—so service flows smoothly.
