As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor – making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from the first hello to the final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and raise issues when needed.
Your Impact
- Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
- Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
- Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
- Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
