We're looking for a Sales & Events Operations Manager to lead, support and elevate our events offering across a number of venues within the region. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that sits at the heart of customer experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing As our Sales & Events Operations Manager, you'll work closely with venue teams across the region to drive sales, optimise event delivery, and ensure every customer experience exceeds expectations. You'll: Lead the planning and execution of events across multiple venues Support venues in growing event bookings, group sales, and local partnerships Coach and develop teams to deliver consistently high standards Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement Analyse performance and implement initiatives to improve results Partner with venue leadership teams to create exciting event calendars Ensure events are operationally excellent, commercially successful, and aligned to our brand standards This is a regional role supporting multiple clubs, so being comfortable with regular travel and building relationships across different locations is essential. What We're Looking For We're seeking an energetic and commercially minded individual who can balance creativity with operational delivery. You'll likely have: Experience within events, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or customer-facing environments A track record of driving sales and commercial performance Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Exceptional organisational and planning abilities Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences Most importantly, you'll be a people person who can inspire teams, build relationships, and make things happen.
