The Opportunity

• Well-established, high-performing Healthcare Finance Advisory Group seeks an experienced Healthcare Finance Analyst to work with Healthcare clients who are expanding, refinancing or restructuring
• You will work across all Healthcare Sectors including Dental, Pharmacy, Care Homes and Medical Groups
• Direct client interaction with healthcare professionals and collaboration with high street banks and specialist healthcare lenders

You’ll analyse: Complex healthcare business financials, credit risk assessments, and market valuations across diverse healthcare segments

You’ll work with: Healthcare owners and executives, specialist advisors and lenders

• Conducting comprehensive financial and credit analysis of healthcare businesses
• Building detailed financial assessments and risk profiles for healthcare clients
• Presenting findings and recommendations directly to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Managing ongoing client relationships and serving as their primary finance consultant
• Developing sector-specific insights across the broader healthcare industry
• Supporting healthcare acquisition, expansion, and refinancing strategies

Core Experience

• 2+ years experience in Healthcare Finance, Credit Analysis, or Business Analysis
• Proven client-facing experience with healthcare professionals or medical practice owners
• Broad healthcare sector knowledge – understanding of how various healthcare businesses operate beyond just pharmacy
• Credit analysis or financial modelling background – experience assessing business performance and risk

Technical Skills

• Financial analysis expertise – can interpret complex healthcare business financials and identify key performance indicators
• Risk assessment – skilled at evaluating credit risk and business viability across healthcare segments
• Client presentation – ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to healthcare professionals
• Healthcare market knowledge – understanding of regulatory environment, reimbursement models, and industry trends
