Rangers Football Club is looking to expand its team of Stadium Tour Guides. You will lead groups of visitors around the famous Ibrox Stadium including the Trophy Room, the Blue Room, and the Dressing Rooms. Our Stadium Tour Guides promote the values of Rangers F.C. and display the highest standards of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide a unique and engaging visitor experience.
- Act as an ambassador for Rangers Football Club and Ibrox Stadium.
- Deliver tours in line with company policies and security procedures.
- Ensure implementation of health & safety, safeguarding, welfare and equality policies.
- Ability to offer personal insight and information to enhance tour experience.
- Confident and able to communicate clearly when presenting in front of groups.
- Prior experience in working in a customer service environment.
- Must be flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and possess a good work ethic.
- Creative and energetic personality with the ability to connect with others.
- Ability to troubleshoot situations.
- Be confident in engaging with supporters of all ages and backgrounds positively and proactively.
- Demonstrate the club’s values regarding equality, diversity and inclusion.
