REPORTING LINE: Head of Soccer Academies
CONTRACT: Full Time, Permanent
THE ROLE
The International Soccer Academies Manager will support the delivery and continued development of Rangers Soccer Academies in international markets, working closely with the Head of Soccer Academies to deliver high-quality programmes and build strong relationships with clubs and partner organisations. The role will oversee the delivery of international camps, tours and programmes, while maintaining and developing partnerships that support the long‑term success of the department. Success in the role will be measured through the successful delivery of programmes, the strength of partner relationships and the achievement of agreed participation and income targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery and continued development of Rangers Soccer Academies programmes in international markets.
- Deliver agreed participation, partnership and income targets across international camps, tours and programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, academies and partner organisations, strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities where appropriate.
- Support the delivery of international camps, tours and other Soccer Academies programmes through on‑field coaching where required.
- Identify and develop new programmes, partnerships and initiatives that support the continued development of Rangers Soccer Academies internationally.
- Work with the Marketing, Communications, Content and Commercial teams to promote Soccer Academies programmes and ensure the Rangers brand is represented consistently across all international activity.
- Recruit, manage and support casual coaches, ensuring all safeguarding, training and HR procedures are followed.
- Deliver an excellent experience for participants, parents and partner organisations, building strong relationships that encourage long‑term engagement.
- Represent Rangers Soccer Academies at international events and meetings, building relationships that support the continued development of the programme.
- Develop and maintain the club's network of international partner clubs and academies in agreed strategic markets.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered safely and in line with the Club's safeguarding, child protection and health and safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of programmes.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the Head of Soccer Academies.

Job Knowledge
- International projects exposure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver to large groups of people.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum HND Sports Coaching with Development or equivalent proven experience working within a similar role
- UEFA A Licence
- Advanced Children’s Licence
- UEFA Youth Licence
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
