About the Role
IPH Fire Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a varied and hands-on role that will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience and be confident using Xero and Simpro, with experience in payroll, invoicing, purchasing, and compliance documentation.
