What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and manage daily & weekly schedules for service engineers
- Be the first point of contact for customers (phone & email)
- Keep jobs running on time in a fast-moving environment
- Track productivity and report on performance
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth delivery
- Issue RAMS and job documentation to clients
- Ensure accurate invoicing and job completion
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in scheduling / planning / service admin
- Strong organisation & multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Problem-solver with attention to detail
- Team player who can also work independently
