Responsibilities:

  • Corrective maintenance works - to include fault finding, troubleshooting and a first-time fix whenever possible
  • Remedial and small works
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Client on site liaison
  • Working with monitored systems in liaison with our Alarm Receiving Centre
  • Act as a Fidelity ambassador when out in the field
  • Completion of all required site and electronic paperwork promptly and with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate good industry knowledge of all required disciplines
  • Participate in regular ongoing internal and external technical, regulatory, and health and safety training
  • Mentorship and guidance for junior engineers and apprentices
  • Participate in out-of-hours On Call Rota

Salary and Benefits:

  • £32,000 - £40,500, depending on skills and experience
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • Out of hours On Call is required roughly one week in six. £385/week standby payment, plus callouts at: £90 for travel to and first hour on site, your standard overtime rate for subsequent hours
  • Paid overtime at 1.5x standard hourly rate
