Join CIA Fire & Security, part of The Ranger Group, which has been protecting businesses, people and property since 1982. We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our successful team covering Cirencester and the surrounding areas.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing business where you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of Fire & Security systems. You will be trusted to deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships and represent our business professionally on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns.
- Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical advice and excellent customer service.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Systems Experience
Fire: Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Hochiki. Security: Texecom, Paxton, Hanwha, Dahua and similar platforms.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous Fire & Security service experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- FIA training, ECS/CSCS, IPAF or PASMA are advantageous.
