That means you get the best of both worlds: the supportive feel of a local business with the resources, stability, and career opportunities of a national group. \n Why This Role Is a Fantastic Opportunity \n You won't just be completing jobs — you'll be building relationships, developing your skills, and playing a key role in a company that genuinely invests in its people. n What You'll Be Doing \n Installation & Servicing \n \n Install a wide range of systems including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Nurse Call, Automatic Gates & Barriers, Disabled Refuge Systems, and Fire & Safety Signage. \n \n Teamwork & Communication \n \n Work closely with the office team to coordinate daily activities. \n Maintain open communication with your Engineer Supervisor. \n \n Professional Standards \n \n Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked company vehicle. \n Complete weekly van checks and submit timesheets on time. \n \n Development & Responsibility \n \n Take ownership of your training and development — we'll support you every step of the way. \n Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota when required. \n \n What You'll Bring \n \n Qualifications & Training (Essential) \n BAFE SP101/ST104 \n BAFE SP203-1 \n City & Guilds Fire & Security \n Tetra Ladder Training \n PASMA/IPAF (as required) \n CSCS Card \n Fieldmotion Mobile Engineering Platform experience \n DBS (CRB) clearance & BS7858 Security Clearance \n Full UK Driving Licence \n Awareness of SSAIB requirements \n BSEN 7010 knowledge \n \n Skills & Experience \n \n Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and customer-facing. \n \n Personal Qualities \n \n Confident decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills. \n Creative, adaptable, and aligned with our company values. \n \n What You'll Get in Return \n \n Competitive salary £30,300-£38,000 depending on skills and experience.
