Siddington Park is set in beautiful manicured gardens, just outside Cirencester in Gloucestershire. It has been designed to follow the Cotswold style with a contemporary twist and features retirement apartments set within the villages landscaped grounds. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant in our Orangery restaurant.
This is a great opportunity for a customer focussed individual as you will be required to provide a friendly and courteous service in all areas of our restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities:
- To serve customers in an efficient, polite, professional, friendly and open way to maximise their enjoyment of the visit.
- To set up and prepare for service.
- To ensure that all equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen is properly cared for and maintained at the required level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- To have a thorough knowledge of the menu and to be able to describe dishes to customers.
- To take customer orders accurately and to follow through all the steps of service to ensure customers have everything they need.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bistro or public house would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Passionate about great drinks, fresh food and customer service.
- Have an outgoing, positive personality and a true people focused approach.
Hours and any other restrictions:
30 hours per week to include weekends and some bank holidays.
