Are you a friendly and reliable driver looking for a rewarding part-time role? Our welcoming retirement village is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Driver/Maintenance Assistant to transport our residents on regular trips, helping them stay active and engaged in the community.
About the Role:
- Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible schedule and some weekends)
- Location: Strawberry Fields, Stapleford
Duties Include:
- Safely transporting owners on scheduled outings in either our electric minibus or electric car.
- Assisting owners in and out of the vehicle when needed.
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained.
- Providing friendly and helpful service to our owners.
- Supporting the maintenance team with routine tasks.
About You:
- Valid UK driving licence (D1 category preferred but not essential).
- A caring and patient nature.
- Good knowledge of local roads and safe driving practices.
- Ability to support owners with mobility needs (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
