We are seeking a reliable and practical Property Maintenance Operative to join our clients team. This is a permanent opportunity with an initial 12-week period through our recruitment agency, acting as a probationary period before transferring to the client's payroll.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 35 hours per week
  • Additional hours may be available during between-tenancy turnaround periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out routine property maintenance inspections on site
  • Completing minor repairs and remedial works
  • Internal and external painting and decorating
  • Supporting property compliance checks and ensuring records are maintained
  • Preparing properties between tenancies
  • Reporting maintenance issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
  • Competent in basic repairs, decorating, and general maintenance tasks
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
