We are looking for a motivated and reliable Estate Technician to join our client’s team in Kirkby, Liverpool. This is a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday).
This hands-on role is essential in maintaining and improving outdoor communal areas and estate environments. You will play a key role in identifying repair needs and carrying out a range of maintenance and installation works across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect a company transit van and travel to various sites as required (working as part of a team, you may not be required to drive on every shift).
- Flag and report repairs and installation requirements to paths and patio areas.
- Carry out cement repair works to external surfaces and structures.
- Install eco drains and assist with drainage improvements where required.
- Carry out fencing repairs and installation works.
- Ensure outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard across multiple properties and estates.
- Conduct basic machine and equipment maintenance, including cleaning equipment, performing routine checks, and arranging repairs when necessary.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Follow health and safety procedures while working across a variety of site conditions.
- Some other duties may be required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience with basic groundworks, fencing, or external maintenance works.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties.
- Full, clean UK driving licence with experience driving a transit van.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
