We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Estate Technician to join our client's growing team based in Knowsley, Liverpool. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. While your primary responsibilities will involve garden maintenance, paving, fencing, and landscaping, you will also be required to assist with a range of other estate services to meet client demand.
You will collect a company transit van from the Liverpool depot each morning and travel across Liverpool, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality services for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out paving, fencing, and general landscaping works.
- Undertake garden maintenance, clearance, and seasonal tidy-ups.
- Complete property and garden clearances, including removal of unwanted items and waste.
- Remove fly-tipped waste safely and responsibly.
- Assist with void property clearances and prepare properties to a high standard.
- Load, transport, and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, reporting any defects.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Adapt to changing workloads and support colleagues across a variety of duties as required.
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, fencing, paving, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
- A positive attitude with the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual outdoor work.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive a company transit van.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Permanent, full-time employment.
- Monday to Friday working – no weekends.
