Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking

Estate Technician to join our client's growing team based in Hull.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. While your primary responsibilities will involve garden maintenance, paving, fencing, and landscaping , you will also be required to assist with a range of other estate services to meet client demand.

You will collect a company transit van from the Hull depot each morning and travel across Hull, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality services for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out paving, fencing, and general landscaping works.
  • Undertake garden maintenance, clearance, and seasonal tidy-ups.
  • Complete property and garden clearances, including removal of unwanted items and waste.
  • Remove fly-tipped waste safely and responsibly.
  • Assist with void property clearances and prepare properties to a high standard.
  • Load, transport, and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment, reporting any defects.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Adapt to changing workloads and support colleagues across a variety of duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, fencing, paving, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual outdoor work.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive a company transit van.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
