Hourly Rate: £13.41 (paid weekly)
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Estate Technician to join our client's growing team based in Liverpool.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. While your primary responsibilities will involve garden maintenance, paving, fencing, and landscaping, you will also be required to assist with a range of other estate services to meet client demand.
You will collect a company transit van from the Liverpool depot each morning and travel across Liverpool and Manchester, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality services for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Carry out paving, fencing, and general landscaping works.
- 2. Undertake garden maintenance, clearance, and seasonal tidy-ups.
- 3. Complete property and garden clearances, including removal of unwanted items and waste.
- 4. Remove fly-tipped waste safely and responsibly.
- 5. Assist with void property clearances and prepare properties to a high standard.
- 6. Load, transport, and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
- 7. Operate and maintain tools and equipment, reporting any defects.
- 8. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.
- 9. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- 10. Adapt to changing workloads and support colleagues across a variety of duties as required.
