We are looking for a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a school site in Necton, PE37. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a great opportunity for long‑term employment within a school environment.

- Split shift: 7:00am – 9:30am, 2:30pm – 6:00pm (5 days per week)
Role Overview
As a School Caretaker, you will play an important role in ensuring the school site is safe, clean, secure, and well‑maintained throughout the day. You will support the smooth running of the school by carrying out general caretaking duties and responding to site needs as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the school site as required
- Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs around the site
- Ensure the school grounds and buildings are safe, clean, and presentable
- Conduct regular checks of the site to identify any issues or hazards
- Support with setting up rooms or spaces when required
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
