We are looking for a motivated and reliable Estate Technician to join our clients team in Chester, Cheshire. This role is key to ensuring the upkeep of outdoor spaces, maintaining high standards across various sites throughout the year. You will be required to collect the work transit van from CH1 area and drive to various locations around Chester with a small team. (Team takes turns driving the work van).
Key Responsibilities
- Waste Removal: Removing fly tipping waste and building waste from sites.
- Grounds Maintenance: Regularly mow grass areas, trim around edges and obstacles, and maintain neat, tidy hedges and shrubs through cutting, pruning and jet washing.
- Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on equipment, clean machinery regularly, and take machines for repair when needed.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of flagging or fencing would be a benefit.
- Ability to carry and remove waste.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A clean UK driving licence is required, with experience of driving a large transit van.
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30
