This role is responsible for the development and upkeep of the Bour management system, ensuring that our site remains compliant with local legislative standards and good industry practices. He/she will work with Project Engineers, Reliability teams, and other stakeholders to produce/update CAD drawings across multiple Engineering disciplines (Site masterplans, General arrangements & layouts, P&IDs, Piping schematics, MEP systems, and others as requested).

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings
  • Support the Engineering team with layout development and revisions
  • Carry out factory surveys to keep the drawings to As-built status
  • Support design & construction reviews as and when needed
  • Be the key accountable person for site drawings register
  • Collaborate with external parties for site 3D model completeness, feedback, and change management
  • Assist in improving existing designs and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and production teams

Job Specifications/Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a draftsperson / CAD Designer
  • Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills (AutoCAD or Similar)
  • Ability to interpret engineering concepts and translate them into detailed drawings
  • Good understanding of how manufacturing processes work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can work in a team or group setting with stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
