Execution planning & budget governance
- Support the One Demand Integrated Comms Planning (ICP) process across Marketing, Dcom and Customer Marketing teams.
- Help establish and maintain planning templates, timelines and processes to enable consistent timely delivery.
- Support A&CP budget operations including periodic forecasting submission, PO governance, and financial tracking, including collaboration with the Region and agencies to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
- Support cycle process by managing stage gate agendas into key business forums.
Execution tracking & tools
- Provide operational support to Customer Marketing and Marketing workflows, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Develop and manage holistic performance metrics and reports to evaluate and track display delivery.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Data and Tech teams to ensure data accuracy and revision and tools connectivity.
- Support the setup and maintenance of dashboards, data collection processes, and reporting tools across the team(s).
