We are seeking a prosecution lawyer to assist primarily with the substantial increase in non-school attendance prosecutions. However, the lawyer will also be expected to cover other local authority prosecutions. Experience of non-school attendance cases is therefore essential.

The role will involve:

  • Reviewing cases
  • Preparing matters for Court
  • General advice work

The lawyer would also ideally be able to attend Court and the office on an ad hoc basis.
