What will be your key responsibilities?
- Territory management: plan and manage sales activities in an assigned call file of stores, maximising coverage and efficiency, ensuring each store receives regular visits and follow ups.
- RSV growth: responsible for growing sales across the territory, through focusing on compliance to head office agreements, availability, incremental orders and secondary locations.
- Customer relationship management: cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with store managers, seeking also to engage regional managers in the area, to drive business growth.
- Market intelligence: gather and report competitive activity, customer insights, market trends, retailer updates, ideas and inspiration to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: maintain accurate records of visits and interventions made (through Bowimi platform), submitting reports of sales performance vs objectives accurately and on time.
- Collaboration: coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives, our KIND Brand Ambassador team, the wider KIND Grocery sales team, and field representatives to ensure maximum impact, availability and campaign success.

- For SW London territory: daily access to personal car, and a clean drivers’ license.
