We are seeking an experienced Estates professional to lead the management of a diverse property portfolio within a public sector setting. Reporting to the Principal Estates Manager and working closely with Strategic Asset Management and Facilities teams, you will play a key role in implementing the Corporate Landlord model and delivering estate services in line with RICS and CIPFA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of a complex property portfolio, ensuring compliance, safety, and sustainability.
- Maximise rental income and manage commercial estates effectively.
- Oversee acquisitions, disposals, asset valuations, and lease management.
- Deliver key property-related projects and support asset management strategy development.
- Line manage and mentor a small team of property professionals.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, supporting collaborative service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and the continuous improvement of estate functions.
Requirements:
