We are looking for an experienced Video Podcast Editor / Producer to join the team. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who’s comfortable owning the process from studio to final export.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end production, including setting up and running a podcast studio (cameras, audio, lighting)
- Recording audio/video using RØDECaster Pro and ATEM
- Editing long-form podcast episodes and short-form social clips
- Maintaining consistent quality, tone, and delivery across all output
- Working closely with producers and talent to make genuinely funny, sharp content
- Weekly output expectations: 1 main episode, 1 bonus episode, 7 social clips
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition
- Confident shooting with cameras and running a small studio setup
- Comfortable editing both long-form and short-form
- Organised, calm, and happy owning your output end-to-end
- Looking for a full-time, fixed-term position rather than freelance work
