We are seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to drive a critical workstream within our Global Legacy Transformation programme. You will be the architectural bridge between our international retail operations and IT, spearheading the implementation of a next-generation Point of Sale (POS) solution across our global estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality artifacts, including Epics, User Stories, and detailed process maps (As-Is/To-Be).
  • Partner with Solution Architects to ensure POS design integrates seamlessly with SAP back-end systems.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the retail sector, specifically on large-scale or global legacy migrations.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP environments and associated business processes (Highly Desirable).
  • Proven proficiency in Agile methodologies and expert-level use of JIRA and Confluence for backlog management.
  • Advanced skills in documenting complex 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes and workflows.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business language.
  • A track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UX, and Operations).
