You will help clients translate their business goals into technical reality, build custom solutions, and ensure our products are integrated perfectly.

What You'll Do

  • Consult & Design: Meet with internal teams and external clients to understand their needs and design the technical "blueprint" for their success.
  • Code & Build: Write solution code (primarily JavaScript/HTML) to create custom tools, prototypes, and integrations.
  • Solve Problems: Act as the technical expert to troubleshoot complex issues, squash bugs, and provide feedback to our Engineering teams to improve our products.
  • Document & Scale: Create tutorials, best-practice guides, and technical documentation to help other users succeed at scale.
  • Manage Relationships: Balance multiple stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
