A leading global logistics and technology organisation is seeking highly capable Technical Project Managers with strong engineering backgrounds to lead the delivery of advanced automation and material handling systems across its UK fulfillment network. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel between multiple UK sites.
Locations: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle (UK-wide travel required)

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in engineering project management and/or automation delivery
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrated automation systems such as: Conveyor and sortation systems, High-speed packaging solutions, Manufacturing and production lines
- Strong technical leadership experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering projects
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and data tools such as Tableau or SQL
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, logistics, transportation, and fulfillment operations
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (mandatory)
- Ability to travel up to 100% at short notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven end-to-end project management experience from concept to operational handover
- Strong delivery mindset with experience working in high-velocity, technology-driven environments
- Ability to drive business impact through data-led decision-making and financial modelling
- Demonstrated delivery of quantifiable business improvements (cost savings, productivity, safety, or customer outcomes)
