b Overview /b p As Tax Manager you will oversee UK corporate tax compliance, risk management and strategic tax reporting for the UK entities, aligning with the global tax team and business functions. You will drive tax efficiency, safeguard compliance and help optimise cash flow within a multinational environment. You will engage on cross-border transactions, TP policy, and advisory initiatives, collaborating with FP A, Treasury, Legal and Finance to strengthen the UK tax control framework. This role combines technical tax work with stakeholder-facing leadership and cross-functional impact. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Prepare corporate tax returns, financial statement tax disclosures and quarterly group forecasts for UK entities /li li Support UK tax advisory initiatives (R D tax relief, capital allowances, group payment/loss-sharing) with external advisers as needed /li li Advise on cross-border transactions, double taxation treaties, withholding taxes and VAT; maintain transfer pricing policies /li li Manage third-party relationships for UK tax audits; monitor policy developments and communicate implications to business leaders /li li Collaborate with FP A, Treasury, Legal and Business Finance to provide tax accounting guidance and strengthen cash flow and UK tax controls /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Full ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional tax qualification /li li Minimum 4 years post-qualification UK corporate tax experience, ideally multinational or Big 4 background /li li Deep knowledge of direct UK tax legislation, transfer pricing models, and direct/indirect tax applications /li li R D tax credit experience desirable /li li Strong Excel skills; excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li stakeholder management /li li analytical thinking /li li UK corporate tax compliance /li li transfer pricing /li li R D tax credits /li /ul
