You'll be part of a committed team, dedicated to providing an education that fosters confidence, resilience, and empowers each child from day one! With around 110 pupils, the school offers a personalised and supportive environment. They are currently seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (SEN) to join their primary team on a full-time, term-time only basis (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
As part of this role, you will spend 80% of your time supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 basis, with the remaining time working in small groups. Experience and confidence in working with children who have profound needs are essential. You’ll be joining a passionate team invested in delivering a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to meet every pupil’s unique needs.
