The Role
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a high-profile public sector contract.
- Responsible for fault-finding, plant repairs, and ensuring all works meet BS7671 standards.
- Includes fabric repairs, subcontractor supervision, and CAFM reporting.

Requirements (Essential)
- Level 3 Electrical Installation (NVQ or C&G)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Valid UK Driver's Licence (Clean)
- Proven commercial maintenance and fault-finding experience
Desired
- IPAF, PASMA, or experience as an AP/CP
