Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, hot water systems, and drainage.
- Respond to both emergency callouts and routine maintenance jobs within occupied homes.
- Diagnose plumbing faults and determine effective, long‑lasting repair solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements.
- Use PDA or mobile devices to accurately log job details and completion notes.
- Deliver excellent customer service when liaising with residents.
- Collaborate with other members of the repairs and maintenance team as required.
