A highly regarded charity and school local to you is looking for a empathetic, passionate and kind Support worker to support young people and adults with complex needs on a full time permanent basis. This setting is a day centre offering education, life skills and work experience. This setting offers support that will help SEN learners now and in the future. The setting supports those from the age of 18 years. Whatever a student\’s abilities or challenges, the setting aims to provide them with memorable experiences and stimulating activities that promote self-esteem and personal independence. The setting is commended by parents, pupils, staff and OFSTED and have recently been graded Outstanding. Applicants for this role must be available all year round, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. (This is not shift work)
